`find_tables` Function

The tables on the first 20 pages, for the document screen's suggestion. Run it in the background after a file opens; nothing when In Excel is off.

Signatures are generated from the engine’s code. Swift is checked against the generated bindings; C# follows the bindings generator’s naming rules.
